Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use MindQuest. It applies to all users, including parents, guardians, and learners. By using MindQuest, you agree to abide by this Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

MindQuest is designed for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may:

• Upload your own study materials (notes, PDFs, textbook photos) for personal learning.
• Use AI-generated content for personal study and academic enrichment.
• Create learner profiles for your own children or dependants (Family Plan).
• Share MindQuest with friends and family for their personal use.

You must not use MindQuest to:

• Upload, generate, or distribute content that is hateful, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or illegal.
• Upload copyrighted material that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to access the Platform without our permission.
• Impersonate another person, organisation, or entity.
• Share, resell, or transfer your account credentials to others.
• Use MindQuest for commercial tutoring or educational services without our written consent.
• Generate content designed to deceive, manipulate, or harm others.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or payment systems.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure.

All content uploaded to or generated within MindQuest must:

• Be relevant to legitimate educational purposes.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not contain personally identifiable information of third parties without consent.
• Not promote violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates this Policy without notice.

When using AI features on MindQuest, you must not:

• Attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" AI systems to produce prohibited content.
• Use AI-generated content for academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or fraud.
• Input personal or sensitive data about third parties into AI tools.
• Attempt to extract proprietary information from AI systems.

Violations of this Policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
• Forfeiture of any unused subscription period (no refund).
• Reporting to law enforcement if applicable.
• Legal action for damages caused by your violation.
